Hard Knocks is slowly making its way through the Federal Bureau of Prisons. I pray that more inmates will read it and allow God to read their hearts and write into their souls. The following is an email I received from a brother serving his sentence.
“HEY MR LOPEZ BY NOW 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE HAVE READ YOUR BOOK AND ALL HAVE GOOD REVIEWS. I FEEL LIKE IT WAS BRAVE OF YOU TO DIVULGE YOUR LIFE EXPERIENCES AS A GUIDING LIGHT FOR OTHERS. ITS ESPECIALLY GOOD FOR SOMEONE CONFINED TO THE DARKNESS OF THE PENAL SYSTEM. ITS A TESTAMENT TO THE SAYING THAT TOUGH TIMES DONT LAST TOUGH PEOPLE DO.”
